No, We are Technology Company and we offer our client project specific training and placement.
Already trained and certified then why should we take up the training and pay the fees?
We work on a program called HTD (Hire Train & Deploy). Training is completely only on job description
Can we pay the fees in instalments?

Is there any difference in training duration in Bangalore and Chennai?
Yes, because the interview process happens in Chennai after the training and in Bangalore it is only training.
what about the interview process if we take up the training in Bangalore? Should we go to Chennai and for how many days?
Once the training is completed in Bangalore you should go to Chennai for a week to complete your Documentation & interview process.
Is it an on roll or payroll job?
It depends on the company and their clients you get selected for.
If we join as payroll are there any chances of getting on roll?

Why there is difference between CTC and take-home salary?
In CTC, PF and ESI benefits are included and it is deducted in the take home salary.
